Resistance is that feeling you get when it seems that your spirit and your mind is in battle. Its the thoughts or actions that may appease your mind or emotions but leave discomfort in your spirit. As a result of living in resistance, we unknowingly block the flow of positive experiences to occur.
The desires that we say we want, don't come as easily because we are living in both a negative and positive state of vibrational energy.
Today, this week, focus on being mindful of where your mind and spirit are. In that mindfulness, follow a path of least resistance. It could be as simple as, giving someone a compliment when you pass them. It's calling that loved one you haven't spoke to in a long time, but your ego has stopped you from doing so when they've popped up in your spirit. It's apologizing to someone you may have hurt. It's taking that step into following through on a goal.
When you step out, release inhibition, and go with the flow of your spirit, life just feels different. Doesn't mean you will always see a change in your life, in your body, or in your relationships, but you will experience an ease that's very peaceful.
Remember, the ego knows struggle. It will puff up to appease itself. It will say, I don't have to, they better, the world better, etc. Find your balance and remain there.
On the path of least resistance, remember we're always seeking to let go of thoughts, actions, people, surroundings that do not serve us.
