Music feeds the soul in every way possible.
When sad, it can comfort you. When going through a breakup, it can speak to your soul. When you're excited or elated, it can elevate you to the next level. When your in love, it can explain sentiments that you could never put words to. Music, and any audio messaging, has tremendous impact on our conscious and unconscious being. That's why when learning to honor your mind, you must be selective in what you listen to. In staying prepared for the moods I'm in, or know that I want to stimulate, I create intentional music playlist. I literally have a happy playlist that has songs that boost my energy, positivity, and raise my frequency. The beautiful thing is that even though I know every single song on the playlist, each day my something resonates differently with my spirit. Sometimes I really get into a dancing mood, other times I have a calm joy. and other times, I'm just feeling good. I mean, I love music, so that probably also makes a difference. Below are some of the favorites from my playlist this morning. Uptown Funk (a fun, dancing, confidence booster) I'm Feeling Good ( a poetic representation of the goodness of life) Just Do You ( a catchy, limit removing, encouraging song) Am I Wrong ( a reinforcer for Big Thinking and Big Visions) Do you listen to to music in the morning? If so, does it make you feel good and uplift your spirit? Is it promoting feelings and actions that can raise your spiritual frequency? BE Ignited~ By: Tiffany W. |
