It's the beginning of a new week, and a great day to recenter, refocus, and realign yourself with the present, your purpose, and your degree of self love. Taking time to just be still, and reflect to move foreward is important to our state of wellness. When you have a typical week of work, Saturday of fun, and Sunday of sleep/do laundry all day, you live room for and transformation. Stress is one of the top 10 killers of Americans because it is a root cause for many major illnesses we face, but we can do something more preventive, we can love on ourselves. Research shows that people that practice some form of spirituality, tend to be higher on the happy index, and have lower levels of stress.
So whatever your spiritual practice is, take part in it today, and never forget to express gratitude for where you are and what you have. Connect to the present and declare the blessings you feel will manifest in your future. Send blessings and prayers to those around you.
