I got reminded of some really powerful insights today.
- Timing is Everything - Love can change someones life/the world - Visualization/writing down the desires of your heart is really important -BE open to Love because it may show up in unknown/un"planned" form - You never know the story of the person standing next to you in line Ok, so where did these lessons come from? Well I'm glad you asked !! Today, I began talking to a man while I was waiting to pick up some printed items at an office supply store. The conversation first started after he coughed, told me he'd been ill for 3 weeks, and shared some tips on how he could care for himself. Once he saw my poster (which was of my book) he wanted to know more. From there, special divine conversation started. Being the sweet soul he is, he must've got choked up about 3 times. He talked about how he and his wife would love to read my book and how they're both into matters of love and spirituality. We talked about how he met his wife, the serendipitous events that lead up to them getting married, and how fate brought them together and has blessed them. He had a touching story of a Jewish man falling in love with a Black woman, who up until him wasn't really open to dating men who weren't Black. It was her process of writing down her ideal mate, while stating she was open to whatever color he was, which set the tone and opened her spirit. In the 15 minutes we spoke, he reassured me how precious time is. He told me about the mango trees in Hawaii and how on each branch you can see a range of mangos from really small to really large. The mango tree is a metaphor for life. We are living but we are all matured at different stages and sometimes in love, you have to be at the stage in life to receive what you truly deserve. In addition, he was adamant in sharing that he doesn't believe in accidents. Even our meeting today wasn't an accident. That message was on time for me in so many ways. For matters of patience, development, faith, visualization, and especially in love. |
