![]() When you experience a lot of emotional and mental challenges early on in life, it’s sometimes difficult to believe that there will be a time in which happiness may take over your life. I know women (and men) who’ve been hurt so deeply by the time they are 25, they believe they will never get married or be in a great relationship. Some who feel so entrapped by their past, they find it very difficult to the light in their future. I love having conversations with people who've seemed to have so many lives wrapped up in one. People who've lost love and were able to find it again. Who sacrifice for their lives for their children, and start anew once all their children are out the house. Even others, who've been able to advance in several career fields. There is proof everyday around you that happiness is abundantly available. There is so much opportunity for greatness, impact, success and amazing experiences. Always know that as long as you have breath in your body, you have life right in your hands. In the name if self love, honor who you are and the deserving nature of your presence to feel love and joy while spreading love and joy. Disappointment happens. Loss happens. Heck life happens, and sometimes our "plans" are derailed," but never let such occurrences keep you completely away from living and being open to renewal. Happiness is a choice. Joy is a concentrated way of life. Choose to always move beyond feelings of "blah", unworthiness, defeat, and doubt. You have choices. You always have choices, and the life you want to live is available. How will you live today? BE Open~ Written by: Tiffany W. ![]() "Learn to hear what your inner voice is telling you and your whole world changes, " Oprah. I believe that it is in the moments of stillness, peace, spiritual connectivity, silence, supreme relaxation, and sleep that we see visions for our lives. Scientifically speaking, there are specific states in which the brain releases feel good and trance-like chemicals during certain states, but I feel the process that our bodies go thru cannot scientifically be explained. Research says that dreams are not truly symbolic, but more so electric signals received by our senses and put together during our sleep, but we know that there is more to a vision than just impulses. There is something special, something spiritual about visions that we receive at "random" moments. Sometimes, these visions play as snippets in our heads throughout our whole lives. NO matter how you receive a vision, make sure you connect with it. Make sure you write it down. I keep my visions in a journal, and I keep a small notebook with me when I'm out and about, so that I can transfer anything special to my journal. No matter what culture you're from, you will always be able to find a spiritual leader that emphasizes the importance of writing down your visions, and making plans. Many people experience the moment of "having a great idea" and maybe years down the line, seeing that idea come into fruition, attached to someone else's name. Or even the constant, pull of "Ughhh I need to do XYZ, I can do it so much better." Well the problem is that most people come up with hundreds of ideas a year, but don't work on them! Therefore, connecting to your vision, is a very spiritual process. Your vision always serves a purpose, and it is your responsibility to pursue it. In the bible, Habukkuk 2:2 states to write the vision and make it plain so that others may run with it. If God gives you a vision, it will never look like someone else's, therefore be content that the vision that was placed in your spirit, is "good enough" to pursue. It is your uniqueness that will serve the vision justice. Often times resources may be a reason one stagnates on action; Just know there is always someone somewhere who's waiting to invest in you. It just takes connecting, networking, and really articulating what you want to do. We are blessed with gifts, and we GET to share them with the world! We MUST share them with world because if we don't, the world may not change. What would happen if Beethoven, Albert Einsten, John D. Rockefeller,Thomas Edison, Ghandi, Martin Luther King, Mother Theresa, Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Michael Jordan, Oprah Winfrey, Barabara Walters, Madame CJ Walker, Mark Zuckerberg, Michael Jackson, or Lupita Nyong'o amongst millions of visionaries, hadn't followed the vision in their hearts. Commit to writing down all the things that come up in your spirit. Be still. Believe. Do what you can to make them come true, and God will do the rest. BE Visionary~ Written by: Tiffany Wright |
