Anyone out there get caught up in the fantasies of their own perfect visions? Somehow you envision a day, a moment, an event, or an interaction to be a certain way, then life says, who do you think you are?
Some days can seem so heavenly and others, not so much. Some days you can seem so centered and other days, not so much. Somewhere in you lies the perfect storm of grace, peace, joy, love, rigidness, confusion, hurt and sorrow. Embrace it all. Just do and be your best at all times. Know that your best changes moment by moment and day by day. Even in the change, being blessed with centering thoughts or support systems who can lend words of encouragement, “It’s going to be ok,” “don’t worry” can make such a difference! Every day and every moment looks different. Your mind, body and spirit are in a constant revolution. Some days feel better than others. Some days, YOU or I feel better than others. The day in and of itself is perfect. It in itself, is not good or bad; how we perceive it, how we react in differing moments, how we take advantage of it, is what changes. Stepping away from judgement and allowing ourselves to just embrace it all is a rather empowering stance and mindset to be in. Change is a part of life. That reflection in itself gives proof to the fact that nothing will always be the same. You won’t always be happy or sad. You won’t always win or lose. You won’t always feel great or less than. When you have challenging days or moments, consider what lessons you can pull from whatever is or is not going on. You can also consider how any time that seems advantageous or even disadvantageous has some aspect in which you can express gratitude. Next time you’re in a rut, make sure to practice deep breathing, express affirmations that brighten your day, meditate on the thought that everything works out for me, smile, and know that whatever is going on, in the grander scheme of life, is temporary. Embracing whatever your being is going through, is honoring yourself. Implementing a practice to help you get and stay centered is honoring your mind and spirit. Stay focused on your Commandments of Self Love™. Every day and every moment is new! Embrace it! BE Accepting~ By: Tiffany W. For centuries, Eastern societies have known something that only Westerners have recently began exploring within the last century: the practice of being present and mindfulness. Mindfulness is a concept of being of aware of where you are in the moment with no concentration or judgment on the past or future. With focus on the future you can practice gratitude and be truly aligned with your mind, body and spirit. Practicing mindfulness reduces stress, tension, negative emotions, worry and so much more. According to Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, "mindfulness is the miracle which we master and restore ourselves." Today, I wanted to share your some words that may impart some mindfulness in your life BE Present. BE Still. BE Expanding.
BE Mindful~ By: Tiffany W. You are a Spirit BEing. All the love, answers, and direction you need is INSIDE OF YOU. Looking for fulfillment thru others and thru things will not complete you. As women, our strength is in our ability to love, nurture and connect. Far too often we're trying to love, nurture and connect to others, yet neglect ourselves. You are your first priority. No matter what you're life's obligations are, the center of your being must be put first. As you understand the importance of mindfulness, trusting yourself, and being aligned, you'll see how important the 5 Commandments of Self Love are. ( Honor Thyself, Honor Thy Mind, Honor Thy Body, Honor Thy Spirit, and Forgiveness). Remember that fear is natural but courage is a choice. Walk, run and live thru your fears because on the other side of fear is a life you deserved. Afraid to use your voice? Do it. Afraid to say no and set boundaries? Oh please do it. Afraid to leave behind the people, environment or job that traps, starves, or diminishes you? Do it! Happy Self Love Sunday BEautiful BEings! BE Love, Tiffany W. Your life is shaped primarily by one process: thought.
How you think affects how you see and experience the world; it affects your choice in relationships, careers, and lifestyle. Your thoughts affect your relationship to fear and love. One of my 5 Commandments of Self Love is Honor Thy Mind, which essentially means recognize/acknowledge the power of your mind along with its sensitivity. Honoring your mind means to actively be aware of all that you do which may shape its existence. What are you listening to? What are you watching? What are you reading? What are you believing? What are you visualizing? What are you saying to yourself? The condition of your mind truly does affect the condition of your life. I don't believe anything is absolute, so I don't believe that every single thing in your life is a reflection of your thoughts but, just as the Earth and our bodies are nearly 70% water, I do believe a high percentage of our lives are merely our thoughts manifested. As a woman of today, you have more pressure than ever to do and be so much. More often than not you're comparing your body, love life and sense of success with other women. Stop. Use others as inspiration not as a platform for comparison. I want you to know that striving for your highest best self is a noteworthy goal. When you reach for something more, you challenge yourself and grow. The issue is when you stop reaching, you block your mind from continuing to develop, thus your life stands in a place of stagnation. Most people are comfortable there, but rarely does anything special happen in your comfort zone. I challenge you to let go of limiting beliefs. Let go of thoughts that are opposite of, I'm good enough, I am strong, I am beautiful in and out, I am a conquerer, I am bold, I am loved, I am important, I am me. Go forth today with an intention to focus on positive thoughts, even if it comes to not so positive people and situations. BE Empowered~ By: Tiffany W.
